Yes, they could implement fees to prevent some from having access to faster internet. The internet would no longer be open. It would negatively affect basically everyone, not just poor people. (Sorry.)

Today I re-discovered V8 juice. Hadn't had any for maybe 35 years? Had forgotten how damn awesome it is. Going to be drinking gallons of the stuff from now on.

Also drank a Carnation Instant Breakfast made with whole milk. Best thing about all of this weight loss is that I no longer have to worry about "fat free" ****.
