No it's not good mate.

Have you changed your eating habits?

Maybe the Zoloft is also playing a role?

If you're eating habits that might be the problem.... all those cassocks mount up over time you know.

Not purposely but I definitely don't have the same appetitie that I use to. I was brought up as a "clean your plate" person. I barely ever do it anymore. Dinner tonight was half a bowl of Cheerios.

Could try increasing water intake.

Hope it comes back soon anyway mate, I've been through similar.

Thanks MLM. It's just stupid weird. Breakfast today was single piece of toast. No lunch. Another half bowl of cereal for dinner.

I had to go out and get an outfit for Sherri's wedding on Saturday and I'm fitting into clothes I never thought I'd fit into ever again.

According to BMI calculators I'm in a good place health-wise.

21.0 fits squarely in the "normal" grid. :usehead:

If you're trying to actually put some size on you've just got to eat through it mate, it's tough. If you're eating breakfast that's good though.

Might be an idea to stop drinking if you haven't already. You can pile on the pork but it can **** your appetite up if you're doing it regularly as well.

I feel like it is stress and your medication screwing with your appetite.

So you haven't fired up the crock pot in awhile? As much as you like to cook it is very strange to not be making anything.

Currently sitting in a terribly boring conference about nj census data. Of course the only two discussions im concerned with are the last two. I should have showed up late and slept in.
