What do you think marriage is in the first place? Some ****ty celebration of the love between two people? Or a ****ing contract? At least your new brother-in-law isn't getting shafted like all these Western dingbats.

I hate how people use this statistic. It means nothing. Stupid people marry the wrong person and get divorced. So what? Some people marry someone they love and stay with them. If you only want to see the negative go ahead.

And if they marry for no other reason than love, they're just doing it because society says that's the only way you can love someone. Taxes are pretty much the only logical reason to get married.
