In another life Chula would have been a huge Nickelback fan.

Let's give Big Wreck another try, shall we?

Bat, if you ever mention Nickelback and Big Wreck in the same thread again, I WILL hunt you down and elicit another prolapse on your sorry ass via something that requires 110-120 VAC.

I actually was expecting Chula to defend Nickelback.

Hey, Chula, I think I got a band you might dig.

I've been in a car twenty hours in two days last week with the radio playing non-stop and compared to the **** that was usually on, Nickelback seemed pretty decent. Their blandness was really relaxing compared to the aggressive terribleness that permeated everything else.

Go **** off with some Beefheart and Burzum.

A little bit of melody and traditional song structure is not such a bad thing once in a while.

And Elph, he makes perfectly great use of both the 12 string and 6 string in that song. Stop being so jaded by your perception of rock cliches.

I never said or thought that it was. Nickelback just has ****ty, dull songs.

I'm still waiting on your review of one of my albums before I listen to Big Wreck, so no comment on that.
