Yesterday:
-Somehow managed to spill my giant jug of homemade shower gel/oil allllll over the bathroom floor (it contained honey, almond oil, pomegranate juice, jasmine oil and liquefied dragon's blood resin soap, so at least it was a nice-smelling mess. An expensive mess, however)
-Forgot to eat yet again due to stress
-Asked the new manager at the thrift store for more hours; hopefully this one will oblige.
-Thankfully spent most of the day alone. This house is getting a little bit too Grey Gardens for my taste, and not in a fun way.

So you've never felt better after knowing that someone is doing worse than you and your life could indeed be worse but it's not.

I've watched documentaries just to get that feeling. It only backfires when I see stories of people that have lost their legs but they have their lives completely together. It humbles me that yeah it could be worse, I could be missing a limb but if that person missing a limb is able to fight through and carry on with life then I have no excuse.

I've heard you say a few times that you are super stressed? What's causing it? Is there anyway that you could see yourself reducing it in the forseeable future. Not eating isn't a good thing.
