Well try limiting yourself to one, before bed, if it's making you feel bad. If you have a smartphone maybe block the websites you usually access and do that from your computer as well. One a day is just normal imo.

I used to feel really gross about it too but I suppose part of that was the staying feelings from Baptism, even if I had lost religion quite a while before I started. I guess part of it felt like I was objectifying women but rationalizing that I figured I don't really do that on a day to day basis at all.

also i really don't know why i feel bad about it but i just do. i don't feel bad about jerking off every now and then because even when i was a muslim you're still allowed to jerk off if u really need to but you're not supposed to do it every single day or watch porn so even though i'm not a muslim anymore i still feel bad about watching porn and my parents always warned me about it so i guess thats another reason why i feel bad about it?
