I love amateur porn more than the professional stuff. The fake moans and all that crap never did it for me.

what's the healthy amount of jerking off to do in a week?

Enough to get the juices flowing, helps with your prostate.

I don't think cutting back is that great of an idea like DWV thinks and the no fap warriors.

Im not suggesting cutting back on masturbating this is a matter of porn addiction reducing real world interaction arousal with long term affects causing early onset ED. Watch the ted talk.

Idk qwerty, my rule of thumb is to do it whenever im horny and being able to distinguish horny from bored, stressed, etc

djchameleon 02-18-2017 08:36 PM

I did watch it. He brought up the whole 4 to 5 month window to re-program your brain related to getting real world stimuli.

he showed slides from that reddit group and it said something along the lines of not fapping for 90 days.

I'm just skeptical of the whole process.

Maybe it's an issue for others.

DwnWthVwls 02-18-2017 08:45 PM

i think its reasonable to be skeptical about. I reccomend nofap as a source to talk and ask questions about porn addiction, not necessarily as a solution. You agree that porn addiction is a problem and has these side effects?

djchameleon 02-18-2017 08:49 PM

I do agree that porn addiction is a problem for some but I guess I just haven't had any issues yet.

I've read other articles talking about ED in younger men and the problem behind it. Read an article in Time once about it.

About 20 times a week is my average. But seeing from these others posts maybe that's not something that should be healthy...

maybe youre not actually asexual and its already a problem?

Doesn't get in the way of doing anything and it doesn't make me feel ****ty. I could stop if I wanted to but I like the feeling and don't see anything wrong with it.
