https://www.fascrs.org/patients/dise...anal-fissure-0 And for those that want to know what was mod-dumped go to Wiki and type in Anal Fissure. So which mod did it just for future reference?

At least put the link behind a spoiler.

"Spoiler" sounds like a euphemism for a butthole.

Invest in a time machine because tech companies have decided that we don't care about being able to access loads of our own music without internet connection.

Unboxed my inversion table and brought all of the individual parts upstairs yesterday. My goal for today is to put the damn thing together. Wish me luck!

#1. Took about 20 minutes to put together. Only one step required a second set of hands. Brilliant design. This is the one I got for reference:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 #2. Very comfortable and easy to use and make adjustments based on your height. Freaky sensation being inverted. Actually comfortable after your brain gets use to housing 75% of your blood. #3. Do not. I repeat, DO NOT. Again, DO NOT!!!!! get up too fast. First, I nearly passed out, and then I was hit with a nasty bout of nausea. I still haven't fully recovered.
