I wasn't high. Just really needed a poo.

Just took my first shower in the last 8 days. Back finally felt up to it. I mean I've been washing up but was in to much pain to attempt climbing into a tub and risk slipping and re-pinching the nerve.

I feel ****ing glorious at the moment.

Our office closed down at the end of 2015. I've been working from home since.

I had flare ups a number of times over the last 20 years and have tried everything. Best remedy is ice and rest and being very careful not to re-pinch the nerve so that the swelling can go down.

My friend's husband has sciatica, he uses an inversion table and yoga to ease his suffering, but I guess treatment varies from person to person.
