See, we're not so different after all.:p:

But seriously, you really need to coach your partner into it. I could give explicit details but Google would probably shut the site down.

Not to mention...

Walked into work the other night to find out my boss passed away from a heart attack. He was only 59, and it came out of no where. He had a wife and 2 teenagers.. Crazy, how fast shit changes.

First time a co-worker has passed. It's a weird feeling. I didn't know the guy to well, but we had a good relationship, and it's weird that he's not around to bust my balls anymore.

We didn't jam so much as just play over each other

This is the motivation I need though to get back to the practice 3 hrs a day mentality

Oh dear...

Oh wow. Do you mean you actually found him dead? That's tough man... :(

Don't think so.

No. He passed late night at home.

I'm sorry to hear that, man. I've only experienced losing one co-worker in my life, but he was my officemate. It's a sad, surreal experience because they were such a part of your life whether you were close to them or not.

Ah. Read too quickly, missed the important word. Still, tough nevertheless.

Did this for an hour this morning:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Weird combination of pain and comfort. Truly an S&M unit. Been icing the rest of the day using these:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They last for over an hour so I can keep rotating them. I'm 100% committed to beating back this recent flare-up. The pain is right on the edge of unbearable.

Is that EMS?

If it is you should put one in between your balls and ******* and have [REDACTED] wear one on her ass when it gets freaky and go doggy style.
