I got bitched at by my manager for telling him that customers wanted to talk to him. our clothing manager hid in the basment reorganizing the helemts to escape the manager. me and another girl were the only ones left on the floor, to unpack 3 truckloads of stock, and deal with customers, almost every single one of which was bitchy, retarded, rediculously demanding, or more often than not, a combination of all three. then the owner of the store came, and bitched at me for having coffee on the counter where he told me to put it the other day so it was away from the till. after which i had to help him pack up a truck of boots, bindings, poles, skis and helmets to go to our other store in banff, which he used as another opportunity to bitch at me for ot having a pleasent enough greeting on the phone, not receiving the hardgoods shipment as soon as it arrived (even though I had 3 other shipments i my own department to take care of beforehand), and once again, for having coffee in the store. Then I had to be a personal shopper over the phone to about 10 other customers, because i'm too nice to tell them to "get the f*ck off the phone and come in the f*ckig store themselves in they're so f*cking interested in our product, and have a nice day."

I just finished some Christmas shopping and decided that I wanted to go get a pint, a Hooters opened a few months ago in my city and I decided that it would be a pretty good place to sit down for a frosty pint.

To my astonishment I felt like a bloody pervert in there, all of the girls had to have been about 18. They have them whored up in the standard issue hotpants and low cropped tops and when the girl gave me my beer she leaned down real low as if instructed to do so to display her cleavage, I felt like a real f*cking scumbag and quickly finished my beer and left there ashamed.

I am frankly surprised at myself that I was left with such a reaction, but I will never go back

Hmm. I slept until noon. Drove my sister somewhere. Came back here, took a shower. Made myself a breakfast shake. Now I'm sitting at the computer and I've got to pick up my sister in ten minutes and drive her some place else. Then I work at 4....or 4:30, I forget, oh well, I'm quitting after the holidays anyway.
