This to an extent. I'm not exactly phobic about driving, but I suck at it and have below par situational awareness. If there was reliable public transit around here I'd use it in a heartbeat. Instead what we have are a few ****ty buses that may or may not show up on time.

Also this to an extent. In a world without climate change capitalism is just morally dubious, but in the real world it may end up leading to our extinction. If humanity can evolve culturally to an extent that destructive greed can be curbed to an "acceptable" extent then great, but if we're all dead by then then all of capitalism's pros amount to a pile of ****. |
