So, wearing headphones and being really focused on your work is a pretty universal sign that someone doesn't want to have a pleasant chat about Halloween decorations, right? You wouldn't know it from my workmates.

Been doing it since I was 15. I could remote in and make my own hours when I was in college for beer money. Doing this **** two days a week now that I'm out of school and I'm getting pretty sick of it (and some of my new workmates). I have to go find something else, but it's a difficult job market with little relevant experience since I don't want to work in the mortgage industry as fuck.
