Today has been a tremendous day for my company (all three of us). We finalized the sale of our patents to the tune of $750K. $500K of it will go directly to our bank to pay off some debt, $75K commission goes to the guy that did all of the R&D work on them, and $175 goes directly into our bank account.

On top of that I just received a PO for 10,000 pair of speakers from a customer that hadn't bought any of them in years. I guess they have a new dealer who's fond of this certain model and has committed to doing 10,000 for at least the next few years.

10,000 = $425K gross sales and $127.5K in profit. None of this was forecasted so it's total icing on the cake which will help to insure we can keep the lawsuit going. Merry Christmas to us!!!
