That's still not a reason to go vegan. That's a reason to take whatever meat or dairy that's causing these issues out of your diet. Going vegan means you're giving up anything that helps you build muscle and stay healthy. Again, going vegan is not healthy unless it's your health that's the concern. And before doing so, you need to do the research for what you can and can't eat, and I'm telling you, you're not going to like what going vegan limits you to.

meh. i know its complicated. the first time i tried going vegan i had to go to the fancy supermarket where everything is imported from the US and the UK cuz thats the only place you'll find vegan **** here. i don't know if i'm just bad at expressing myself but honestly the main reason for me is that food makes me feel like **** like i always feel sick after eating and i'm generally very unhealthy i'm anemic, and also have a vitamin d deficiency but anyway... vegan diets just seem so clean to me? maybe i'm crazy tho.

I'm only offering my perspective because you asked for it. Do whatever you think will help you, but I dated someone that lived this lifestyle, and they barely ate anything, which in itself is not healthy.

That sounds more like a mood disorder than a revelation.

barely eating anything sounds more like an eating disorder than veganism tbh
