I've been getting ready for a trip to upper eastern Michigan where I'll be playing in a bi-annual concert for a festival. Tons of camping gear, guitars, amps, and my little dirt bike (lots of trails to ride) are going with me in the rental truck (I don't wanna put too many miles on my vehicle since it has 178,000 already). I just have to fix the rear break shoes on the dirt bike, since they slipped when the yahoo down at the local shop put a new nobby on and didn't line things up correctly. There's even a disc golf course close to where I'll be camped, plus I'm bringing my portable basket. Can't wait!

This isn't my only method. I take a holistic approach that uses western interventions when necessary. Integrative medicine trumps all.
