Patiently, desperately, anxiously waiting for Frank Ocean to drop his new record. What a putz, he's worse than Kanye with his record releases.

If it's anything like their previous record, I'm sure I won't!

Apparently my google skills sucks so I'm going to turn to you guys.

Maybe you happen to know or could find out for me.

I'm attempting to sue someone but they moved away to a different county. Do I have to put in the application in my county or in the county that they moved to?

Went to a car show/drag race today. Lot of fun. I watched til they finished the semi-finals. After the Mustang lost and they were all gone I stopped giving a ****. Lots of cool cars. I saw an A/C Cobra. It was a kit car but whatever, still neat.

Talk to your lawyer. The laws on that are different everywhere I think, also depends on what your suing him for and what type of court you're using.

Depend on the country they live.in. You can do either or but it isn't worth doing if it doesn't involve a large sum of money and you have a large sum of money to invest in the case. Plus, you will not get anything until they arrive on your country's soil.

Yeah I forgot to mention that it was just small claims court. The lady that I talked to said that I have to file in the current county that the other person is in to make it convenient for them to attend the court date. I'm like wtf? Why do I have to accommodate the defendant.

Oh and Lilja, I said county not country. It's a common mistake.
