I think military personnel should undergo strict training and screening for mental health issues as a way of preventing soldiers fromt torturing other people. Resort to pavlov if necessary

Once again, how does soldiers running off with chicks affect our immigration laws? so you think those found guilty of torturing prisoners (or "crimes against humanity as it was called in Hitler or Hussein's cases) should have no sort of punishment or reprimand? not even a slap on the wrist?
