Bummed to hear about KAT being taken down and the site owner arrested. Apparently, Apple ratted him out turning over his itunes account transaction data which matched the IP used to log into the site's official FB account.
CLEARLY not the smartest way to do business, (but we're talking about a public tracker here, albeit the world's largest), but it's still a bummer for millions of users who don't opt for private alternatives. Thankfully, this game of whack-a-mole is an exercise in futility, and there are literally thousands of other alternatives (and meta-engines for that matter), so the beat goes on. |
^Yeah, I was quite sad this morning to see KAT gone.
Oh, well. Can't stop the signal! |
Wow, KAT was my number 1 downloading site, that blows.

The hell is/was KAT?

A torrent site. |
Reminds me of when LibGen got shut down. I used to get mad digital comics there and then the whole thing was just dead and you didn't even know why until a few days later.

I finally got a hold of The Past is a Grotesque Animal! I'm so happy right now. Going to bed now, but I'll definitely be watching it tomorrow after the "false priest" gig I got.

today im going to my dad's lake lot and oh boy it's going to get rowdy. I've been on a whirlwind bender for like 3 months now and my dad turns up hard. the other folks with lots are a bunch of family friends and every time I go out (once a year) everyone just gets obliterated drunk. and my dad is somewhat of a "facilitator" drunk; never allows your drink to be empty. they literally have an shed that's only filled with alcohol and once that opens, good night.
and now I have the paintstick. and a 2 6 of kraken rip ninetales he lived a pretty ok life |
