Lately when I was smoking, I could barely even finish the thing because it tasted nasty and didn't feel good. At that point, I starting smoking less and less, and today i'm just quitting it altogether.

i used to smoke until i started dating a guy who hated the smell of cigarettes so i just stopped and didn't go back to smoking even after it was over. it wasn't even that difficult to stop tbh.

The hardest part is having something to do while walking the dog, waiting for the bus, etc.
