My day? Next week we depose 2 dudes from mega-corp. I spent 11.5 hours reviewing the crap load of discovery we received this week to find every instance where either of the dudes was the recipient of, or was CCd on an email with the China fake factory.

1,144 PDF files of scanned emails. All tolled I found 172 instances. Oh, and I had to create an excel spreadsheet listing each one individually with TO, FROM, CC, FILE #, and SUBJECT MATTER.

Did I mention it was 1,144 files?

I'd rather have my life ruined than create an Excel spreadsheet about all that ****. I guess it could have been worse. You could have had to put it all in an Access thing.

The sheet format was easy and I had my screen split so I could keep the excel file open and visible while opening and reviewing the PDF files. And excel has the cool feature where if you type in a name once, you subsequently only need to type a couple of letters and it finishes it for you.

The shear volume of PDF files to review was the killer. Plus there's so much redundancy involved because of the way email trails work.

But we got TONS of great stuff out of it. Pretty certain the judge will compel the fake China factory back into the lawsuit after this. They are so busted in so many ways when that goes down (everybody, knock on some wood!)

T-minus about 90 minutes.

I'm a Bills fan but I'm pulling for the Pats to take it all, lots of great players on that damn team.

Yeah, maybe. I'm more of a fan of the game in general anyway. Just support the Bills because they did the Toronto home game for 4 or 5 years, which is as close as we have to a Canadian NFL team.

A fan of the game should probably not be supporting the team that has been caught cheating more than once in the past decade but hey what do I know

I'll be proudly rooting for the Broncos and Cardinals today. Teams with great players on both sides of the ball and high class individuals as well

Last time I checked sports fanboyism isnt based on anything you might call logical.
