OK, so I'd been dating this girl for over a year. She's religious, I'm not. Until recently, it had never been a problem. But then I got this feeling she was trying to convert me.

We talked about it today, and she told me that she didn't feel we had a future unless I started going to church. I told her I'd be forcing it if I did.

And that was that.

Yada yada yada high school relationship blah blah blah, but we'd been together for a while (for 15-year-olds, at any rate) and it came as a real shock to me. It's a good thing in the end, I suppose--no way I'm going to start practicing religion for any girl--but I'm still pretty bummed.
