No downstairs neighbor anymore which brings my total number of human contacts down to... 6.
Though I have found a splendid cafe which has opened me up a bit. They offered me a chair at the house chess table and all of the patrons intermingle and jive together. The conversations are stimulating and the company a refreshing departure from my encounters in my days of customer service. I might give this rl thing a shot after all.

Had my abdominal ultrasound today. The technician was young, blond, and pretty hot. Took longer than I expected so I assume she was really thorough.
Towards the end she told me I had really good looking organs. I snickered a little and she kinda giggled realizing the innuendo. Bottom line: Everything looks clean and healthy.

In hindsight ya. I did pop a blood vessel in my esophagus (was the cause of the brown blood during that wonderful full day of vomiting about 5 weeks ago).
