Had both dogs out and was holding their leashes in my right hand. Was starting to bend down to pick up their poop bags when SLAM!!! I hit the sidewalk full force and the dogs nearly pulled my arm out of the socket. A neighbor had come around the corner with their dog and ours bolted for it. (they know each other and are friendly together).
My right forearm is all scraped to **** and I hurt pretty much all over but the worst is my right shoulder. Something definitely got pulled, ripped, or torn. Man, when 140 pounds of dog takes off at full force a 145 pound dude doesn't stand a chance.

They're good 99.99% of the time. Very freak occurrence.

Both German Shepard with other stuff mixed in. One is 80 pounds and the other is 60. Both really strong too.

Ripped it up with an old drummer and an old bass player at a party on Saturday. That was fun, but I don't miss being my own roadie. I ran/walked a 5k that morning, and then did the gig that night. I'm still hurtin. Maybe not as much as old fart Chula over there, but I now walk with a limp. Don't get old.

I do a few 5k's every year, but I never run them. I sit on my ass and drink beer all day, so it's not like I've been training for running. It hurts to walk right now.
