I've worked from home a few times, I know the feeling. Only it was cats. Cats are *******s.

Indeed.

That's why i prefer Dogs. i mean dogs actually help people.. Blind people. There's no such thing as an eye seeing cat, is there? they just don't give a f*ck about us.

Might be that and might be that they have never been trained to do so. I mean cats can take ****s in toilets so whats to stop them from leading people around on a leash?

Cats are number one. All others are number two, or lower.

It doesn't seem to be in their nature, they're not a very empathic animal they always seem to have their own thing going on.

Dogs on the other hand are so useful, they can lead blind people, protect your property i even heard recently that they keep a dog around injured soldiers in hospitals for therapeutic reasons cause dogs can pick up when they're feeling down and go comfort them.

Im sure some domesticated cats do this too but in dogs this seems to be a more innate quality.

Yes, there's also been dogs trained to react to soldiers suffering from PTSD and other side effects of war. There's also been some trained to detect when their handler is going to have a seizure.

I feel like sh*t today. I'm depressed as hell because it's the second night in a row I'm home by myself, but I don't have any desire to go out and do anything. I was going to go see Mad Max again, but the time for that has come and passed due to my procrastination. The way I feel right now sucks. I hate being home alone but I honestly don't feel energetic enough to get out of this f*cking chair. My depression is such an assh*le today.

Tomorrow will be better. I'm going to an art gallery and then heading to Brooklyn for a Kayo Dot show. It's the third time in two months I'll be seeing them.

I feel like drinking heavily tonight but I'm too sad to go to the liquor store.

F*ck.

I was going through one of my footlockers from when I was deployed and found some stuff I didn't know I was missin'. Some letters I sent home, pictures of guys I ain't seen in a while. Wild trip down memory lane, that's for sure. Guess I wouldn't mind sharing a couple of the letters, if y'all were interested.
