It's the Victoria Day weekend, so I met my best bud of 10+ years for a round of disc golf, then grabbed a couple of Tim Hortons' new chocolate shakes, then his mom payed us to dig up her back garden. Almost 30 degrees, so I'm burnt to a crisp. Came home, flicked on the radio, and a double shot of CCR was playing. Rather appropriate. Summer is here.

Yup. Hebrew was spoken on my front lawn and the Jewish religion was used to dubious effect.

Not a word. Part of the "ceremony" meant we had to repeat some Hebrew my friend read, and I'm pretty sure I was speaking complete gibberish.

Edit: was the last one Hebrew as well? I think every time a cat passes at your crib you should have a different style funeral.

I don't know any Eastern Europeans. Besides, I think this is now a tradition. I wonder if I actually have to be Jewish to have a rabbi do my funeral?
