I think it could be the strain of looking at a computer all day.
It could be something related to your sinus's. I had terrible migraine's until I had a bad wisdom tooth pulled, where the infection from the tooth traveled up through my sinus cavity. Haven't had once since. That was 6 years ago, but holy **** those things are debilitating.

Been there.

But this time the pressure feels behind my right eye.. if this keeps up im going to the ER. luckily there is one nearby.

That definitely sounds like sinuses. I use to get sinus infections a lot back when I smoked and the pain was often right behind my eyes.
