Was bad yesterday and ended up starting drinking way too early and ultimately consumed over 3 times what I'd normally imbibe in an evening.

Woke up this morning feeling like crap (duh) and had the shakes pretty bad. I was a mess while prepping dinner earlier today. It was not just my hands but my arms and shoulders too. Kinda scary actually.

Went to McDonalds for lunch and scarfed down some junk food (which I hardly ever do) and it helped a lot.

Won't be drinking early again any time soon.
