lol. No, I don't work in construction. Different type of contractor. Another term for what I am is "leased employee". There's a pretty thorough description of what that means here.

He's like a mercenary, but lame.

I'm not sure to be honest. My work situation is kind of odd because I work there through an outside agency and therefore have to talk to the third party about things like that. I'm hoping for something of course but I'm more interested in what I'm going to learn and how it's going to help me further along in my career.

I've gone through head hunters for many years. A raise will depend on if the company you're working for are willing to pay more for your services to the recruiting company. The initial contract will be the deciding factor though, as the job titles may hold different salary stipulations. I had to set up a meeting with my recruiting company rep when I was promoted, and due to outstanding performance, they gave me a substantial raise. I ended up getting hired on after a year.

Congrats Jansz. Here's to the future.

Is this supposed to sound sexual?

Should just buy some clones instead. Planting seeds is such a drawn out process. Did you germinate the seeds before planting?

I tried growing it once but that sh*t took forever..

Ive had a couple of friends that tried growing it but they failed too.

What did you expect?

"**** dude we're dry."
"Ok, I'll plant these seeds, I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow to smoke."

Yeah, stoners and long-term goals don't exactly go together.
