I haven't gotten out of work on time all week. I'm exhausted, my head hurts, but man it's going to be worth it when I get that extra overtime pay.

Had a great day yesterday. My uncle (who's also one of my best friends, we're cut from the same cloth) came into town because he was in LA for a reading of one of his plays. We met up for some sushi and I showed him around the campus. He helped me out with an article im planning on writing about the shift from conservative religious zealots sparking moral panics to radical progressive zealots trying taking the reins.

I have a plumber in the bathroom fixing my shower pipes. I just realized that I haven't cleaned my shower in like 8 months. I wonder what horrible things he's thinking of me.
