Another thing I did was to sleep on a couch. Being cramped limits your ability to toss and turn during the night, which also hurts like hell.

Yeah, sleeping last night was miserable. I usually sleep on my side, and it just hurt like hell. I tried a heat pad but it doesn't really seem to help.
