Music Banter - Your Day

Pretty much spent the whole day having epiphany after epiphany and progressively feeling worse and worse about myself to the point where I could barely do my job. And then got picked up by my good friends LiL and marijuana.

...rinse, repeat.

Had a farewell lunch with the guy I had to lay off last week. His last day is tomorrow. We both agreed to no good byes since we'd both probably end up crying. Plus we'll end up hanging socially more now.

It's so freaking weird being in an two story office building that use to hold 34 bodies and now there's only 9 of us. The 10th person works in China.

Talk about a ghost town.

Well that's good at least. I'm just saying that drowning your problems in anything is generally a bad idea.

Unless they're minor problems. Drowning minor problems usually kills them. But trying to drown a big elephant of a problem just gives it more room to play.

Spent most of the afternoon writing an essay for a girl. It isn't something I like doing, but I owed her a favour. Completely winged it, but that's how I do my best work. However, I'm not setting myself up for this again.
