I should write a professional manual called "How to Avoid a Hangover and Drink as Much as You Want" because I was pretty screwed up last night and now I'm just fine at 10 in the morning. I have this shit down to a science.

Doing that just makes your hangovers worse, since your liver's ability to function just gets progressively worse. It's all about preparation: make sure to have your water on hand to drink when you're near passing out. In a perfect world you'd be drinking the water all through the night, but who does that?

Ummm yeah... loaded relative is my Dad who is going through dialysis... so that's a bit off the mark. Good prime rib though... for me... he had the same and probably shouldn't have since he's renal diabetic.
You could do well if you worked on your people skills. Potentially.
