Working two full time jobs is killing me. I went to work today and I can't remember anything that happened, just that some brownies were overdone. I took them home for this recipe I saw online. But yeah... I'm putting my notice in at the old place on Sunday. I've been done with that gig for so long but was stuck there for financial reasons. Now I have a better job with people that I understand and feel comfortable around who don't make bigoted jokes and bark like dogs at their friends. It's been pretty cool but I'm coming across like a total slackoff deadweight because I can't preform as well as I could. It's not even that difficult. ramblerambleramble

Bro, a person should only have too work one ****in job in life. Unless saving up for something or you're a single parent. 'You should' in theory. But sadly our economy isnt set up with jobs that remotely pay anything you can survive on without a degree of some sort attached to you.
I feel like this most days.Like,I dunno wheter Im supposed to be at school or work. Some days the only stopping point from 6 am til 11:00 pm is the break I get in my car from school til work

It's never been easy. After my first kid was born I was working 60 hour weeks. Three hours of OT each weekday and then 5 hours on Saturdays. When the OT dried up I got a second job slinging sandwiches at a sub shop.

Every time I get to feeling sorry for myself or frustrated about life or whatever I remember that when my mom was my age she had me and raised me by herself. Times are definitely different now but still, dayumn.

I can relate. I can home a couple days ago.

Actually, wait, I guess I can't relate. The girls at my school are rather unimpressive. I'm not being mean either, they know it's true.

Spent less than $50 on Christmas for 6 people today - all of whom will be taking home a huge haul of lovingly wrapped goodies, carefully arranged in wicker baskets I thrifted at half price at my own store. Still plenty of cash to feed my questionable drinking habits for the remainder of the holiday.

Also finally sent out a bunch of Christmas cards. I still have some to write. I'm the queen of procrastination.

Snuggled with my cat, continued powering through the last season of House, M.D., and just about to watch a funny movie with my sweetie.

Still have 9 days of vacation left!

Currently feel like there's an angry nest of hornets taking a piss in my stomach because of some dicey housing issues right now.

Scored an '87 Chevrolet Scottsdale in pretty damn good condition on Saturday. Engine runs great (V8 - 305), starts every time without hesitation, haven't found any leaks anywhere, no visible rust anywhere on the exterior, minimal rust on the underside, interior looks great with no significant tears or cracks anywhere (Silverado logo on the dash reveals that it was transplanted from one of its Chevy brothers). Replaced the break pads this morning, planning on replacing the shocks, wheels, and some smaller components here and there throughout the week to get her ready for daily driving and CCR fueled highway trips by this coming Saturday.

Yesterday I met up with a lovely young woman for the second date. Got severe lip cramp, did far more kissing than I have on any other day of my life. Then I did what I always end up doing and tried to make things sexual, which isn't great because it tends to scare people that I really like off. Not sure if there's anything I can do about it though, I'm just a horny teen and that's the way my body/mind works
