So I have had a really rough like two days, burning the candle on both ends.
I was in court today with school. And the judge passed me this little love note.

Should have sent him a note back.

Something like, "sure thing sweet cheecks." He seemed like he had a sense of humor because I opened eye faked like I read the note and wasn't sleeping and saluted him and re positioned myself. He was laughing. Side twist, I served on a jury for this judge, and defense attorney 2 years ago. Small world.

Off to a great start today at work. :)

I had a similar thing happen the other day at traffic court. The same judge that heard the case when I beat up that pedophile last summer was the judge for my speeding ticket. He looked at me, smiled, and said: "Slow down Mr. ********, case dismissed", and threw my ticket into a garbage bin. I guess he appreciates my stance on child predators.

My day? Just got off of the phone with my older sister - my 83 year old dad survived his open heart surgery which took 5 hours and involved a valve of his heart being replaced with one from a cow.
