So, messaging cute Asian chick. Still really wants me to go to that show, I'm so psyched and anxious about this, but I'm sort of happy too. Talking about music and **** with her over facebook, gawd she so adorable I want to hug her and not be creepy. C'mon Alex, just chill, just chill. You can do this, you can do this.

Don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her.

How does one sell plasma? I'm pretty sure the last time I gave blood they asked me about that but I wasn't aware you could sell it.

I would Google search Biomat plasma sale and see what comes up. There's a screening process and the first time takes forever, but it's easy money.

Pete darling why are you giving away your "mojo" for next to nothing?!

Been meaning to do it for awhile and it's easy money, if not quick. Next time I go I will get $60 which when combined with the $40 I got yesterday will cover the cost of the new pickups I want to get for my Telecaster. In fact if I go twice a week I can make $240 a month which will help offset some more music gear I'm looking to pick up. After that I might reduce the amount I go to just a few times a month to cover gas and whatnot, don't want too many needle marks in my arms, could give people the wrong impression.

What I suggest is just being yourself. Throw in a few genuine compliments like, "I love your t-shirt". Ask her if she wants you to get her a drink. Good luck! :)

That feel when she invited me out and promised to buy ME a drink. I can't take all these gender norms being torn apart. We're talking about ukuleles and she says mine is legit and cute.

**** YUSSSSSSS

Oh fantastic! I wasn't putting it down to gender norms but in regards to just doing something nice for her. See, she likes your uniqueness. I'm really happy for you!

And then tell her you're sorry about Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It'll work even better if she's not even Japanese.

So yesterday a mate of mine that I haven't seen for a few months came into my shop accompanied with some other mates of mine. He lives in Nottingham (miles away) so naturally we had to go into town for a few drinks and a catch up. When I finished work and headed up to the local, they were on the quiz machine.

From what I could tell, they had been there for about an hour at least, and had spent a considerable amount of money already. At this point they were trying to beat the "Pointless" game, to no avail.

After a few unsuccessful tries with me there to help, I suggested we have a go at "The Chase". They instantly replied with a "Fuck that, the game is impossible".

After quite some time, switching between Pub Quiz, The Chase and Pointless, the rest of the room got involved. Cheering us on, suggesting answers. It got to the point where literally everyone was facing the screen, hoping we would finally crack the most deadly one of them all - Pointless. We probably put £30 in that machine until that point, but the kind Dog & Partridge locals were willing to chip in some funds.

We finally got to the last round. We had to pick three possible answers in the hope that one of them were Pointless. The first answer: 8. The second answer: 14. The final answer...

I can't underestimate how great a feeling that was. It was incredible. People were hugging each other.

We then went on to BEAT The Chase and Match of the Day! We were on a roll! Incredible stuff.

Best Sunday night I have ever had.
