Well I guess I pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve or something in my back cause about an hour ago, at one something in the morning, I was woken up by a sharp, constant pain in the middle of my back. Impossible to find a position lying down that doesn't hurt, and standing is even worse. Sleep impossible. I took a hot shower where I didn't actually wash anything, just stood under the water while it poured over my back, and then I popped about six aspirin (the ones without acetaminophen that don't shred your liver), so now it's more of a dull ache. **** this ****.

idk how to say this well in english, but did you make any abrupt movement while picking up something Batlord? a movement that as soon as you did it you threw out your back? cause that has happened to me a couple of times and it's always with a minor accident like picking something up from the floor or even from sleeping in an abrupt position

when that happens i usually get a back pain that last me about 2 or 3 days where i can't bent properly or turn but it eventually fixes itself..

I am sorry did you ask him if he threw out his back having fun with himself...

If so, the answer is no, maybe, definitely yes...

Sansa had him bent over with her strapon for a few too many hours.

On a more serious note, my backs been ****ed for a month. No health insurance but I saw a doc and she said cold compress until numb followed by a hot compress, and try to do some light stretching.

The ones on the right seem to help me the most. Also, try to stay active. I know my back hurts the most on my days off when I turn into a sloth.

I need to get me some of that pelvic tilt. And then maybe some cat and camel.

Do you have the number to the restaurant? If so just call. He's not a girl you're trying to ****, you're supposed to look overeager.

Then what better way to impress him than by looking like a motivated employee with a good head on his shoulders? No one wants to date a dumbass bum. I speak from experience.
