I GOT THE JOB BISHES SAY WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep. Done got me a job as a prep/line cook at a posh mawfukkin rest-o-raunt in the Russian Hills. Impressed Mr.Chef Jason last night, got long r-e-s-p-e-c-t. I get the job, killin ittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt. Finallly. Been waitin so long. That reward tho- after waitin so long- for somebody to say 'yeah man, we want you around'. the feels, in muh heart, they s'plodin', bruhs n' sis-bruhs. So much feels. Too long I waits for dis, now, she show up on my doorstep like: ' Mikael, cvm, cvm hither. Work thyself, bounty shall be rewardeth'. Yes, mistress. Taste and smell- they stinging, salty, hearty prospect of my labor- She shall reward me and I thank her in advance for it. Death still haunts me, beckons me on the regular even. But life, should I make the right choices, she beckons too. And Life's song is oh so much so more sweet.

It really ****ing is man. My life has been alll negativity for like, 10 straight years. S'all been dpressin as fvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvck. but dis, dis right hurr is an op-or-tu-ni-ty. I'ma do right by these folks, n' they do right be me, I feels it. I knows it. A sensible person learns to recognize an honest privilege when they been handed one. Tonight, I've been handed one. Ain't anything 'round could sway me otherwise. A workin' person I am, a workin' person forever shall I be. I loves when my hands bleed.

That is pretty much the feeling I have 13 hours each Saturday, too. Often a product is advertised, our chefs ordered these but at the central they wouldn't ship it to our store.
During the week all employees tell the customers to come back the next day and on Saturday I can only tell 'em the truth: Sorry, we don't have the product in stock.
And no, it's not only one customer that asks for that product, it's like every 5th shopper... what an awesome feeling!

Congrats WD, super chuffed for you.

On that kind of note, I am starting my new hours at Bodycare this coming week. Pay more than doubled, hours less than halved, but lots of over-time available.

yea, the say the customer is always right but i say the customer is always clueless!!

I mean seriously, it was a 1 day storm and most of them overprepared for like a week lol
