I'm gonna talk to his dad and go from there. He seems like a decent enough guy to be on the same page as I am but then again do did the kid.

Good plan and I hope it works. If the guy is not decent enough though ...

If nothing else you can always put up flyers in the neighborhood warning people to keep an eye on their pets because the kid at 666 Evil****head Lane hits his dog with a stick.

Nah, just go in there and get the dog and give it to a good home. Nobody but the good guys will care.

Nothing says you can't do both.

At first I thought it was just some kind of heavy punishment and I don't know what the situation quite was and bit my tongue but then he was still doing it after a few minutes. This was clearly just a ****ed up hobby for that kid. Really made my blood boil so I started yelling at him to stop unless he wanted me kick his ass and call the humane society and get his dog taken away in that order. He kept going. I ran around the fence and entered his backyard through the gate. Went up to him and broke his stick and told him to go get his parents. It was all I could do to act somewhat civilized because I wanted to beat that little punk with that stick.

His (grand?)mother came out and I told her the situation. She seemed to have no problem with it and told me to get out lest she report me for trespassing. I left after telling her to control that **** of a kid she lives with. The boys father usually works on his cars in his driveway on Saturdays so me (and my father now that I've told him of the situation) are going to talk to him about it. If he shows the same attitude as that woman did towards that kids actions we're calling the Humane Society on them because I will not stand for that ****.

I wish I had known this was going on earlier because we're moving on Sunday and I would rather report them based off of another incident instead of how his father reacts but that seems to be the only way to go about it.

Update: we talked to Cecil and he's a far better human being than his son. We just told him about the situation sans threats of ass whooping and authority reporting and he basically had the same reaction as I did, he said he'd take care of it with his son. Good to know that not all of my neighbours are *******s.

That is good to hear man, hopefully all goes well and it doesn't happen again.

Not that I'm advocating child abuse, but I'm kind of hoping he had an "Excuse me, but I must go put my child through a wall" kind of look in his eye. My mother certainly would have.

Getting ready to head out. Kicking off a festival today with the SSB! Jimi Hendrix shirt, U.S. Army camo hat, PRS guitar, and my HD500 w/a Hendrix wah preset ready to go. Beautiful day for it too.

Lets do this!

I spent all day yesterday campaigning for a Facebook contest I am participating in. The contest is being put on by my favorite band...Better Than Ezra. This stuff is hard! I was neck in neck with another contestant and then overnight she got 100+ likes! My friends are being pretty amazing (seeing as how I am blowing up their feed with this contest) and they convinced me to keep going! So....onwards!!!! If I win...BTE will write a song about me!!!!! #btecrazylucky
