When I was working for Blue Cross I had a dude accuse me of 'licking my own cun+' to the thought of his son dying, because his policy wouldn't cover some sort of cancer treatment. Joke's on him, I was.

In all seriousness a CSR is there to give you information and ensure the information on you is accurate, not change the ****ing rules. A supervisor can't change the rules either, and nobody at that number has access to the president of the company because its usually an outsourced service. Exceptions seriously are not made.

Although I will share callers' frustration at people who lie to get them to stop bitching, or just rude people overall. A word of advice, bullying doesn't get you what you want, it just scares the person on the other line into finding a way to get you off the phone.

Decided to put down the bottles for at least 2 weeks on Monday. I've been stressing all day. I really wanna run down to Gene's liquor and deli and just pound some 40s. I don't even know why.

I need to stop smoking, it's eating up all of my money and having no money is giving me anxiety. Petrol is eating a huge chunk too but I can't stop driving. I need my car in this one-person ****ing village. My boyfriend is in London working for the week too and I just need him home.

Holy carp, what a busy day so far. 3 draft/design projects in, one service call (why is a drafter/designer doing service calls for software setup?), tons of "I need help with this" from my coworkers, constant emails from the GF about her car, calling for parts about her car, setting up a good time to fix her car, setting up a day to go visit my Dad in the hospital, and coordinating that with my daughters work schedule, and planning some disc golfing around everything else. Responding to feedback on my latest album, and posting inane stuff here.

I'm going home. Beer awaits.

My interview went well, hopefully they liked me as much as I liked the place. Better pay, better benefits, super cute kids, and I'll be able to move sooner than I thought if it pans out. Fingers (and toes!) crossed.

I am indeed. Preschool though, and if I land this one it will be with the infants until I get my CDA. I'm not complaining though, babies are fun.
