Bit of a stuckness I am in, this girl who I dated very briefly is now a teacher's aid and actually told me over facebook that she met my little brother. I may or may not have feelings towards this person, but the question is, should I bother trying to talk to her again? It's been 2 years since I really talked to her, and I don't want to fuck up and have her freak out or tell my little brother how creepy I am or something. What should I do? She liked my recent status (she hasn't thrown anything my way in years so much as a like) and I wasn't sure if I could message her about how her life has been going?

What Do? Drunk and unsure, need help.

Wait til you sober up then talk to her. If she messaged you out of the blue, she probably wants to talk to you so go for it.

Try not to mention your brother at all.

Go ahead and talk to her. Just shoot her a message and ask how she's been and the likes, you could link it to what she told you about meeting your little brother.

Boy do I not miss being young and drunk and unsure and all of those silly social games that we used to play! :)

^ Sorry to hear you`re feeling low, Astronomer. I think your "to do" list is an excellent tool. On a day when I feel unmotivated I always try to at least take a walk. That way, even if I haven`t achieved much, I`ve celebrated being alive in some way and have looked after my body, so that it`s poised, ready to kick into action on the day that I need it.
In fact, I`m about to follow my own advice and cycle round the city for an hour, so that I don`t waste the entire day on MB!

My day is crap.

I had a guarantee from this guy I could buy his car today, so I sold mine yesterday to raise the rest of the money since I didn't have it all.

Now he doesn't wanna sell it.

No I was gonna try to finance at first, but that didn't work out because I can't afford full coverage. Now I've been looking for used by owner and this dude really screwed me. I wanted to make a down payment yesterday and he said no need, they'll hold onto it, so I went ahead and sold my **** heap for 600 extra bucks. Now I get texted saying they aren't selling anymore.

that sucks, srry.

But i think it's a good idea to go for a used car with no monthly fees, don't get stuck on just that guy, keep looking! im sure you'll find a good one.

Good luck Carpe.

Yesterday I went to a work-mate's wedding reception and it was really good. Probably the best party of that sort I have been to. Was fun to see the ladies off their faces and having a great time. Left with the two younger gals to go into Wigan town center and that was a bit crap but whatever, aside from entrance fees it's pretty cheap.

Slept over at one of their houses and her dogs are absolutely mental. Scruffy looking buggers that just bother you constantly. Luckily they were locked out of the living room where I was sleeping. Problem is, that left me locked in. Fortunately I didn't need to wee and got through it just fine.

Today I have done nothing but be on the internet, quite literally.
