I wake up every fecking day at 5am, wtf? No matter when I go to bed, I still do it. Does anyone experience this?

My sleep schedule has recently become completely ****ed. I have slowly moved the time when I go to bed back to the point that I now fall asleep around four PM and wake up around eight or nine PM. Since I wake up on the same day I fall asleep and stay up all night it feels like the day never ends. It's ****ing with me.

I wake up with the sun.

You're doing it wrong.

55 degrees and sunny. Will be wearing shorts and flip flops about 4 pm. Zip a dee doo da.

I'm aware. But it's hard to go to bed on time when you're watching Doctor Who.

Did you see the episode where they get in the box and travel to a universe where people go to bed at a normal hour and get the doctor required eight hours? It's a great one.

To be honest, a normal hour for me is around one or two AM. I haven't gone to bed before midnight in god knows how long. So I'm not even entirely sure what "a normal hour" even is.

That is a good one. Right up there with the one where they go to a universe where people all floss every day.

I can imagine that is a common experience for some people. Have you considered doing night work?

I don't really want to work nights. My sleep schedule has been pretty steady for a while, but it's just randomly gotten out of whack in the last week or so.
