No, I've never really changed my diet really. And I rarely exercise. There's really no reason behind it.

This is the first time I've been home in two days.
Yesterday I got high and chilled at a couple of friends houses, today I got kicked out of Walmart and Meijer, then went bowling.
It was dope.

This is the fourth day of my hangover.

I think the vodka and redbull craze is stupid now because it caused this, I'm sure of it.

Ah well...me and ma took J to a movie today...that went over big *rolls eyes*, he walked out after a half hour. So then we went to go visit my Gran who, as it turns out, has a murmur in her neck and will most likely need surgery. Her husband is also at Level 3 of his lung disease, there is no Level 4. He's my favorite relative, I don't know what I'll do if he dies .
Also I found out though that Stevie Nicks is guest-appearing at my Tom Petty concert on the 13th . That kind of rocked hehe. But the bad news is, at my Journey/Def Leppard concert on September 16th, Steve Perry's not gunna be there :[. I thought when they said "Journey" that meant Steve Perry would show up, but eh...can't win 'em all, eh Hasselhouf? HEH. But then Gramps (the one at his Level 3) is getting me and him Pink Floyd orchestra seats ...so it's been a bittersweet day.

My day has been pretty great.
I hung out with one of my friends.
We were working on some songs and we had one of those famous girl talks.
Apparently I need an attitude adjustment amongst other things.
Coming from her it means a lot but I had no idea I was so long over due for a proper defamation of character or whatever you'd like to call it.
I did some clean we went shopping and we went to south street.
we had one of the hugest cups of water ice ever.

And we went to the chicken fingers place and my god. Some new guy tried to go skimpy on the fries. I almost had a heart attack.
And while eating the fourth chicken finger, I felt my heart stop beating I think.
I was sacred a little. I stopped eating the chicken fingers. I don't think me eating chicken wings helped any. Nor did the sprite soda.
but my gosh, you have no idea what it's like. There's this huge chicken rbeast in front of you, a mountain of honey mustard sauce and some amazing chicken fingers. it's like fast food heaven.

I hung out with my little bro for awhile too.

That's about it.
