I've had a pretty good day. :)
It's been day of the recorder at the conservatoire and I joined there from 14:00 on.
There haven 150 participants so it's been quite crowded, but I still found a seat.

I got to know my professor I might have if I pass the entrance exams in September at the rehearsal.
She seems to be really kind but as well strict when it comes to articulation.
Understandable, I am as well, but now I know how to practice and perform a bit better.

In the end the people around me where better than I expected.
The concert of our recorder orchestra was great, maybe 'cause pieces were really easy so I knew them by heart.
I have had a good time and am more confident that I'll be able to reach my goal.
Given that I'll follow Neapolitan's 3 words of advice: practice, practice, practice :D

It's a beautiful day. Warm, overcast, and grey. My windows are open and the smell of the outdoors is invigorating yet calming. I think I feel... happy?

Expecting almost a foot of snow, could turn into a disgusting rain/snow mix since the temperature is only -1. Our neighbour has yet to chop down his giant elm tree that was split in the December ice storm, and the wet snow is making it lean precariously over the power line. Keep in mind that this tree belongs to someone who doesn't even shovel the driveway or weed/proper cut his lawn in the summer...

Aww, look after yourself bb. I know lots of people are bound to be feeling the same. Put a typed not into the letterbox of your neighbours anonymously about the tree.

That's funny, my boyfriend actually did that this morning and nearly got caught  Now I'm waiting for it to turn up on Passive Aggressive Notes. :D

I went to my parents again today and we saw their new cat!
