Obviously a lot depends on gov funding if its non profit. I think clinicians when I worked as therapeutic suport staff only made like 20/hr and they prob went to school like 10yrs. I have no clue how my company gets funding but its thru the roof.

U could prob do some counselor position work. Id look into it in the future it cant hurt. Really all about findin the right clients. Theres ppl in my company who make less than me and their clients fight and crap in the sink lol on a daily basis. Others just play video games most the day.

Thats pretty much it right there. But, switching gears from Structural Engineering to Counseling would be a very abrupt change. Still, I can dream.

I have a lot to do today, but at least the shopping's done for the next couple weeks.

Yesterday I quit my side job to dedicate myself to my main job (I have some great aspirations for this coming year and I just really need to focus on every aspect of this store's culture and operation) so I'm happy and relieved.

Today I went to town to go to an Indian festival. I bought beautiful jewellery and a bindi. I also watched a duet, belly dancing (amazing!) and a DJ where loads of Indian guys and girls got the stage to dance. I had a really great time and got my picture taken in a photo booth.

I was all set to get over $10k in money collections on the day and then got stuck on a two hour call. I'm still not 100% sure what happened. It was like, they had two accounts for no reason at all, and our automated system legit took a payment for an account which spawned of its own accord and attached itself to their account.

I regretted my thoroughness when I discovered this.

I went to an Everett Silvertips WHL Hockey game with Becky and her kids, was also listening to the Ducks game on my android phone & Bluetooth headset and keeping track of the Tigers/Red Sox ALCS game 6 on my iPhone. Had a blast.

Is it just me or is this place much quieter than before? Like ever?
