Bout to get off if a 56 hour work shift I will work weekly



I work 2.5 days a week and make 32 hours overtome pay each check. U mad brahs

Yep. I do get 16 hours sleep time but by law if I'm awake for 3 hours ir more durin those sleep periods I get paid as if I were up all nit and since its over 40 hours its overtime pay. I get done in 3 hours tho

Yah I think you'd be great at it. Its human services work. 64 overtime hours a month minimum pretty much.

I was looking into becoming an LCADC at one point, so you're not too far off there. I really don't have the patience for it though.

I've worked semi closely with lcadc before. Anyone I've mwt at the clinical level is super smart but their dedication is what sets them apart. Prob make a lot of money too. I work with mhmr or idd currently and u can make decent money in the right areas without a masters degree or somefimes without a degree at all

I have a friend that was an LCDAC and he didn't make much at all. Thats why he went and got his Phd in Psychology. Now he's the Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at a major hospital, making the big bucks. Thats quite few years of hell to go through though.

I don't mind where I'm at, but sometimes I feel the need for a change. I've been doing this for 20+ years and I'm burned out.
