I remember when I was back in school, I got into my first choice of uni course despite being under the requirements as well. It's a good feeling! All the best! |

Well that whole simulation that I was happy to participate in turned to **** by the end of it. I feel like the service providers learned nothing and just treated it like a game the whole time. They were sharing their experiences but laughing about the whole thing. This is a reality for people some of the scenarios they were placed in and they took it all joking manner. I'm pretty sure I know why after the simulation to get to jump into their car and drive back to their nice cushy house. Out of sight, out of mind. Also, they were getting paid to be there. If we had the simulation on a weekend day, I wonder how many of those people would have shown up for some enlightenment? Probably not as many as were there because they were told to be there for this. Here is a short example of what happened: |
Got my A level results today (ABBb). Needed AAA to get into my first choice university but they called me and still gave me a place.
:) |
Exact same story here but with AABb here. Where are you going?

Lancaster to study History. I did visit a Leeds Open Day way back and thought it seemed like a great place so well done getting in there.

Today, since the boss and most of the sales staff were in a closed door meeting, and I needed to stretch my legs from sitting at my desk all day, I taught a couple of my co-workers the sun salutation (that's a series of yoga moves for y'all who don't know). Anyone who walked in while we were doing downward facing dog would have been in for a treat (well that sounded vaguely dirty, didn't it?). And now I'm at home, drinking cheap wine and watching The Tudors, wondering why Jonathan Rhys Meyers isn't fat. All in all, a decent day.
