Good thing opinions are subjective, and I can enjoy whatever the hell I like without giving a damn what people like you think!

As corny as it sounds it makes me happy knowing that you musicbanter people are still always here.
Where'd you move to, Rez? And why?

Hey, thats cool moving to Florida Rez. It wont be long before you get to know a lot of different people there. I lived in Crystal River years ago, its 60 or 70 miles north of Tampa/St Pete, 20 miles south of Ocala. That area (Crystal River) is popular with diving/divers. Manatees, etc.

Hey, that's a good reason. Don't worry about it man, you'll get settled in soon, you've just got them moving jitters.

What are you studying?

I liked it when I lived there, especially being out on the water whenever the free time permitted. Lived there around six years until my job transfer to a different state.

Hope you enjoy your stay Rez, take care.

Friday, I went to the Cultural Arts center down the street to see a Jazz band play. During the break, I initiated a conversation with the trombone player, and we somehow got to the subject of Iron Maiden. He said "How many trombone players have you had this conversation with?" I told him I've never had a conversation with a trombone player until now. Pretty sureal.

Saturday we (GF and friends) went about an hour north for a grad party, where me and a buddy skipped out to play a round of disc golf at a nearby course I knew of. Got back home in time for some live classic rock down the street. They have a "Concert In The Park" every Saturday during the summer months with some fairly talented local bands.

Sunday (yesterday) we went to the Bluegrass Festival. We had missed most of it, but later on in the evening I stopped by an old friend of mine and the conversation got to talking about the fest where I learned that my said friend knows the organizer of the fest who owns the music shop next to where it was held. Thats the shop where I played a $20,000 guitar. More of the sureal.

In all it was a pretty good weekend for local live talent.

Had my first sleep over, with a female! She slept on the blow up bed though. I would've killed for a little ass but it's alright.
