Well good for you... That is not a very dignified fraction to work for, anyway, but that's coming from me.

We are raising money for charity at work doing the equivalent of traveling from my home town to Paris (400 miles approx) on an exercise bike sat in the middle of the pub with staff doing hour shifts over a couple of days. My turn today and I managed 17 miles which is the second highest distance so far. Not bad for an unfit golden oldie and shame on the 20 year olds at my place who were beaten ;)

Lot's of negative things have happened over the last few days but achieving that today is a good highlight so let's focus on the positives.
