I would most definitely call and explain your situation. That's horrible that this happened to you but try not to dwell too much on what happened today. Think in terms of you already having the job there and being given another chance.

That sounds like so much fun. I've got my superman underoos all pressed and ready. We can bake all of our favorites. YAY!!!

I think you need to confront her and ask her what the problem is. She will have more respect for you if you do this, and it might clear things up. The worst thing you could do is completely let it slide on any level.
